Connected Dot was founded to fill the growing need for high-quality software development services catering to small and medium-sized businesses. Most of our customers have at least one story about how they've been taken advantage of by consultants or software developers. The truth is many people in our industry referring to themselves as "web developers", "software developers", or "IT consultants" offer little or no real expertise at all. These people target small businesses because generally they aren't skilled enough to service larger companies. We like working with small and medium-sized businesses because we are passionate about those segments of the market.

In order to stay on the top of our game, we rely on having 100% customer satisfaction and to prove it we'll let you contact any of our previous customers. The vast majority of our business comes from either satisfied customers who've returned to us in order to take their business or product to the next level or from new customers that were referred to us by one of our existing clients.

One of our founding principles is the goal of developing respectful and long-lasting relationships with our customers. If we can't provide a service or product, meet your timeline, or if we know of a cheaper or off-the-shelf solution, we'll say so. This relationship in and of itself is a value-generating proposition that is rarely found in our industry.
