As Arizona’s premier Automotive HVAC customizer, we take heating and cooling your vehicle seriously. In the desert, many stock systems do not adequately cool the vehicle. A system designed for more temperate climates may have a diminished lifespan while operating in such a harsh environment.

We have the knowledge and technology to convert any OEM system to handle extreme duty. In most cases this is done by changing from a solid-hub talc-filled polypropylene blower wheel to a more modern spider-hub design molded out of glass-filled nylon resin. This change allows us to upgrade the stock blower motor and run it at speeds in excess of 300% of stock.

In extreme cases, we may increase the size of the compressor and/or condenser.
